Taizhou Zhengfeng Pipe Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (ZFPI) was established in June 2013 when the manufacturing department of the former Lanzhou Zhengfeng Petrochemical Technology & Equipment Co., Ltd. (ZFPTE) relocated to Taizhou. ZFPI specializes in the research, development, and production of spiral welded perforated tubes. Since 2000, ZFPTE has been developing and producing "spiral seam welded perforated tubes" for Pall Corporation in the United States, resulting in over 580 product specifications. Starting in 2008, ZFPTE successfully developed three structural forms of shroud products for Baker Oil Tools, including Direct Pak Shroud, Excluder 2000 Shroud, and Shroud Assembly.

6.Product Precision: Diameter ±0.25-0.381mm, roundness 0.25-0.381mm, straightness 0.8mm/m, end-face perpendicularity 0.25-0.381mm, length tolerance ±0.5mm.
7.Thick-Walled Small-Hole Punching (φ/δ ≤1): Capable of punching φ2.8mm holes on 304 stainless steel plate δ3mm, and φ3.2mm holes on δ4mm. Rolled and welded products can withstand filtration conditions for high-temperature, high-pressure, and high-viscosity media such as chemical fiber polyester at pressure differentials above 19-35MPa.
