Established on June 25, 2013, Taizhou Zhengfeng Pipe Manufacturing Limited Liability Company is a limited liability company focusing on ferrous metal smelting and calendaring processing industry, located in Gyungang Village, Chumen Town, Yuhuan City, Taizhou City, Zhejiang Province.

The main business scope of the company covers the manufacture and technical development of spiral seam welded porous steel pipe and special equipment for oil drilling. -Since 2000, we have been manufacturing spiral welded mesh tubes for industrial filtration and separation.

-In 2003, successfully solved the punching process of stainless steel thick-walled small holes (Ф/δ≤1).

-In 2004, independently developed the first automatic coil welding machine for the industrialized production of spiral welded mesh pipes.

-In May 2005, drafted and approved by Gansu Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau to promulgate Q/LZF01-2005 “Stainless Steel Spiral Welded Mesh Pipes for Fluid Filtration”, which is the first enterprise standard for stainless steel spiral welded mesh pipes for fluid filtration in China.

-In August 2005, we were the first in China to pass the ISO9001:2000 international quality management system certification for manufacturing stainless steel spiral welded mesh pipes for fluid filtration.

-In June 2006, completed five sets of automatic coil welding units for large-scale industrialized production of spiral welded mesh pipes.

In 2007, we successfully developed the special equipment for automatic coil welding of large diameter and thin wall spiral welded mesh pipes, and the product specification range has been expanded to Ф12mm～Ф300mm, δ0.6mm～δ3.0mm.

-In 2008, we have achieved success in the development of new products, such as the shuttered perforated pipe and the crimped butt-welded spiral welded mesh pipe. In 2008, we achieved success in the development of new products such as the louvered perforated type and spiral welded mesh pipe with rolled edge butt welding. At the same time, we revised and passed the new version of “Spiral Welded Mesh Pipe for Fluid Filtration” standard Q/LZF01-2008, which replaced the original “Stainless Steel Spiral Welded Mesh Pipe for Fluid Filtration” Q/LZF01-2005.

-In 2009, our company made breakthroughs in the development of the development of locking spiral mesh pipe. The crimped butt-welded and locking spiral mesh pipe uses thin-walled (δ0.3-δ0.5) raw materials, while its welded seams, corrugated and louvered holes, and locking seams greatly improve the mechanical strength and stiffness of the product, which makes the product have a very superior cost-effective, cost-effective, and is the first choice for reducing costs, minimizing waste, and expanding domestic demand.

-At present, Taizhou Zhengfeng Pipe Manufacturing Co., Ltd. has been Asia's leading and largest spiral welded mesh pipe manufacturer, but Zhengfeng people are still adhering to the more specialized, more refined, newer concept of continuous innovation to provide customers with more specialized, more refined, newer products.

-Our company has been focusing on the research and development and production of perforated tubes. Since 2000, we have been developing and producing spiral seam welded perforated tubes for Pall Corporation in the United States, and have developed and produced 580 spiral seam welded perforated tubes for the company so far. Since 2000, we have been developing and producing spiral seam welded perforated tubes for Pall Corporation in the U.S.A., and so far, we have developed and produced more than 580 kinds of specifications for this company.
